The Notifier NCM-W is an ONYX Series Network Communications Module designed to connect compatible Notifier intelligent fire alarm control panels and NCA/NCA-2 network control annunciators to the NOTI•FIRE•NET fire alarm network. The NCM-W supports twisted-pair wiring and NFPA Style 4 (Class B) or Style 7 (Class A) network configurations. It provides a 312.5 Kbaud transmission rate, transformer-coupled electrical isolation, two network ports, and data regeneration at each network node. The module operates from a regulated 24 VDC power supply and can be installed in compatible Notifier chassis or CAB-4 Series cabinets.
