(“Full-Protection,” “we,” or “our”) makes these Terms and Conditions available to users and customers, which govern access to and use of this website, as well as the purchase of products and services offered through it. By accessing, browsing, or using this website, the user agrees to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using the Full-Protection website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use this website.

2. Export Conditions

Products supplied to our customers in Latin America and the Caribbean are intended exclusively for sale and export outside the continental United States. The export or reimportation of these products into the United States is expressly prohibited. Any violation of this condition will be taken seriously and may result in significant repercussions for the violating company.

3. Products and Services

All products and services offered on this website are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Full-Protection reserves the right to limit the quantity of any product or service offered. Inventory published on the website may not be updated in real time; therefore, product availability is not guaranteed. Our products are sold on an F.O.B. Miami basis.

4. Prices and Payments

Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. Full-Protection reserves the right to cancel all or part of any order. In the event of a modification or cancellation of an order, Full-Protection will attempt to notify the customer by email and/or through the contact information (billing address or telephone number) provided at the time of purchase.

5. Transportation and Shipping

Transportation costs and import customs duties and fees to the destination address specified in the order are the responsibility of the customer.

The delivery and shipping dates stated in order acknowledgments are estimates and are not guaranteed. Such dates may vary due to delays in product availability or other circumstances beyond Full-Protection’s reasonable control. Full-Protection agrees to act in good faith to meet estimated shipping dates and shall have the right to make partial shipments when it deems necessary.

Any change to specifications, shipping dates, or performance requested by the customer shall be valid only if set forth in writing and signed by both parties. If such change affects the time or cost of performance, an equitable adjustment shall be made to the estimated shipping/performance date, the purchase price, or both.

Full-Protection will comply with the minimum packaging, loading, and securing requirements applicable to the transportation method used.

6. Product Warranties

Full-Protection transfers and assigns to the customer all transferable warranties offered by the manufacturer of the products, as well as any intellectual property indemnification provided by such manufacturer. Full-Protection provides no additional warranties beyond those of the manufacturer transferred through this assignment.

The customer’s sole remedy for any defect, failure, inadequacy, or breach of warranty relating to the products shall be limited exclusively to the warranties and remedies provided by the applicable manufacturer.

7. Product Compliance and Compatibility

Each country has its own laws, codes, and regulations governing the construction, installation, and/or use of products for a particular purpose. Certain products may not be available for sale in all jurisdictions.

Full-Protection does not warrant that the products it sells comply or are compatible with any local law, code, or regulation, nor does it assume any responsibility for the construction, installation, and/or use of any product. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the applicability of the product and compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations in the relevant jurisdiction.
