In this article we share the calendar with the Official Certifications of the year from Honeywell Buildings University

Below you will find two types of course with the descriptions, calendar and considerations in each of the virtual courses available.

Course #1: MAXPRO® NVR & MAXPRO® VMS Certified Installer

The training is designed for professionals who want to learn the features of the MAXPRO® NVR software and the MAXPRO® VMS Video Management System. The 3-day course with virtual assistance includes camera configurations, installation and programming of server software.

For the success of the course, some requirements must be met, such as a good internet connection and computer equipment to use the Microsoft Teams platform. No additional hardware is necessary; students can do hands-on activities with the software on virtual cloud servers provided by Honeywell.

Course #2: MAXPRO® NVR & MAXPRO® VMS Recertificación

The online recertification program is designed to simplify the recertification process for Honeywell Security products. The program will give certified students the opportunity to prepare through online study modules and then take a virtual Recertification exam without having to attend another face-to-face or virtual instructor-led course.

The Recertification will be valid for an additional period of two years, at the end of that time, it will be necessary to go back to a virtual training directed by an Instructor. Registration to the Recertification program is only allowed once and must be done within the first 6 months from the expiration of the certificate obtained for the first time.

Course #3: Pro-Watch® Certified Installer – Online

The training is designed for professionals who want to learn the features of the PRO-WATCH® Security Management Suite integration software. The 3-day course with virtual assistance includes hardware configurations, installation and programming. For the success of the course, some requirements must be met, such as a good internet connection and computer equipment to use the Microsoft Teams platform. No additional hardware is necessary; students can do activities practices with the software on virtual servers in the cloud provided by Honeywell.

Course #4: Pro-Watch® Advanced

The Pro-Watch® Advanced Course is a three-day training designed to build on the skills learned in the Pro-Watch® Certified Installer class. Students attending this course will work closely with instructors to learn advanced features and troubleshooting techniques to expand their level of knowledge and confidence in new and existing Pro-Watch® systems.

Labs provide hands-on experience, and certification is provided to students who demonstrate the required usage skills during the class review. For the success of the course, some requirements must be met, such as having a current certification of the Pro-Watch® Certified Installer course and a good internet connection.

No additional hardware is necessary; students can do hands-on activities with the software on virtual cloud servers provided by Honeywell.

Course #5: Pro-Watch® End User

The Pro-Watch End User Training Course was developed to enhance an operator’s knowledge level and provide an overview of the tools available to them. Students who attend this course will gain the confidence to successfully manage and monitor Pro-Watch®, Honeywell’s premier security management suite. Training includes the basics of credentialing, reporting, door operation, and alarm control.

Course #6: Pro-Watch® Recertification
