Official Notifier Certifications (Virtual)

In this article we share the calendar with the Official Certifications of the year of Notifier by Honeywell.

Below you will find two types of course with the descriptions, calendar and considerations in each of the virtual courses available.

Course #1: Notifier University

The Notifier® University training is designed for professionals who want to learn the basic features of Notifier panels. The 5-day course with virtual assistance includes the hardware configurations and programming of the NFS-320, NFS2-640, NFS2-3030, NCA-2 panels and basic configuration of the Noti-Fire-Net network. Programming involves all levels (programming, installation, operation and maintenance), including software updates among others. The use of Control by Event (CBE) and use of the General Software Zones and Logical Zones are emphasized.

The program does NOT include voice evacuation systems (DVC), Workstations or Gateways, etc.

Curso #2: Notifier Workstation + DVC

This course is designed for professionals who are already certified in Notifier® University and want to know more about advanced programming of the Notifier line. The 4-day course includes:

• NotiFire Net network configuration

• Voice evacuation system (DVC and DAA2)

• Cooperative Control by Event (CCBE)

• ONYXWorks® Workstation Configuration

You will work on NFN node configuration, image import, event storage and display, information transfer, commands, and database maintenance.

The program does NOT include the programming of BACNet Gateways, Modbus, WebServer, etc.

Considerations

• The trainings are open to all regions of LATIN AMERICA, the
  Interested parties should only take into account the time zone of each of the dates
  available.

• Online Pre-Courses are offered as a prerequisite for course certification.
  Said Pre-courses include topics that will not be seen in the training, hence the
  Importance of taking them before certification.

• We use the Microsoft TEAMS platform for presentations and virtual servers
  in the cloud for practical exercises.
